FULL BODY AND DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
The Roman Caesars and the rulers of the East were wise people - they did massage twice a day. Modern people often underestimate massage, but its therapeutic effect is definitely necessary for the body of any person.
Massage is the only method of healing when there are no intermediaries between the massage therapist and the patient - no instrument, no medicine, only the warm, kind hands of the massage therapist, bringing health and joy.
If you are bothered by acute or chronic pain, for example, in the back, in the neck, headaches, any muscle tension, fatigue, as well as other diseases or ailments, then YOU NEED to urgently pay attention to your health and come to a MASSAGE session.

SPORTS MASSAGE TECHNIQUES
During intensive physical work, oxidation products accumulate in the muscles, which prevent their normal contraction. Techniques and methods aimed at restoring and improving the functioning of the muscular system are called Sports Massage. The method is designed for people leading an active lifestyle: cycling, tourism, fitness and, of course, professional sports.
Sports massage affects the body in several ways: accelerating the body's recovery processes, relieving fatigue and pain in the muscles, maintaining and improving athletic fitness.
But, undoubtedly, this type of health treatment is suitable for everyone who wants to improve their health and well-being.
And also - this is a Preventive massage, which helps prevent injuries, improve metabolism and oxygen supply to the muscles. And immediately before training and / or competition, massage is used to mobilize the functions of the body, accelerating the production processes under load. It helps relieve psycho-emotional stress and bring the athlete to a state of combat readiness.
Restorative massage is performed after intensive training. Its purpose is to accelerate the removal of metabolic products, relaxation, and reduction of pain syndrome from muscle strain.

REMEDIAL/MEDICAL MASSAGE TECHNIQUES
Remedial massage is a type of physical therapy and rehabilitation. Since the discovery of blood circulation in the 17th century, massage therapy has gradually integrated into healthcare. The main objectives of remedial massage are: muscle and nerve relaxation, improved blood circulation, normalization of lymphatic circulation, assistance in digestion, removal of toxins, psychological balance...
Remedial massage can be performed on a patient both for therapeutic purposes and for the prevention of complications. This type of therapy works with the body as a whole, but primarily with muscles and joints. With the help of special manipulations, certain physical or psychological problems of the patient are eliminated, pain is relieved and general well-being is improved.
The purpose of remedial massage is to provide medical care in a comprehensive solution to certain health problems and many pathologies.

ACCUPUNCTURE DRY NEEDLE THERAPY
Dry needling is a method we use as an adjunct during a treatment program for musculoskeletal pain and/or movement problems. It is always used as part of a larger treatment/pain management plan. It is always discussed with the patient.
The "Dry needling" method is a method of influencing a trigger point or muscle/tendon using special ultra-thin needles (five times thinner than an injection needle). This technique is used in neurology and traumatology to relieve pain, treat muscle and connective tissue dysfunction. The method allows you to "destroy" the sources of pain - trigger zones, and also stimulates muscle function. Dry needling does not involve the administration of drugs. However, according to the results of many studies, its analgesic effect is not inferior to drug therapy. Treatment with the "dry needling" method is a fast, safe and effective means of getting rid of pain.

KINESIOLOGY TAPING
We use this method as an additional treatment to complete and consolidate the procedure - it's like "I leave my hands on your body..."
Kinesio tapes are elastic adhesive tapes made of 100% cotton and covered with a hypoallergenic adhesive layer on an acrylic base (latex-free), which is activated at body temperature. The elasticity of the tapes allows them to be stretched by 30-40% of their original length. In thickness and elasticity, they are close to the properties of human skin (epidermis). The cotton base of the tapes ensures free "breathing" of the skin, which allows them to be used 24 hours a day for three to five days. During this time, it does not need to be removed or peeled off. The tapes dry quickly, do not contain allergenic materials and can stay on the body for many days without causing discomfort. They are pleasant to the skin and "do not peel off" even when in contact with water, for example, when taking a shower. The effect of the tape begins immediately after application and continues around the clock for up to 5 days.

CHINESE CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine where a therapist applies special cups to the skin for a few minutes to create suction.
This technique, practiced for centuries, originated in China and Western Asia. Cupping therapy uses suction to draw blood to the surface of the skin to stimulate the body's natural healing response in those areas. In simple terms, the key to this treatment is the formation of hematomas, which stimulate macrophage cells to activate to restore the body's overall health.
We use this therapy as an adjunct to treatment. Cupping is done for 10-20 minutes. After the procedure, the cups leave temporary bruises on the skin that fade within a few days.
